• Bachelor in Civil EngineeringShould have more than 5 Years of experience in construction of road,
Building, Irrigation & Bridge.
• Should have knowledge to operate the site equipment & manpower.
• Should have Knowledge to prepare monthly report, IPCs, work schedule, QAP, work methodology.
• Handle day to day operation ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
• Scheduling & managing manpower, Equipment, work, and money on site for timely completion of project.
• Conduct regular meetings to keep updated information of site.
• Act as liaison between contract manager & other officers.
• Continuously monitor, coordinate & motivate staffs for the highest quality and timely completion of work.
