Position: Site Accountant
📍 Location: Hetauda
🏗 Project: Kathmandu-Madhesh Terai Fast Track Project
📋 Job Description
-Maintain and update daily transactions in Tally Prime and Odoo ERP systems.
-Prepare and report daily cash and bank statements to management.
-Conduct bank, vendor, and site reconciliations.
-Track project expenses and assist in profitability analysis.
-Maintain employee leave and attendance records.
-Prepare final fiscal year reports with supporting documentation.
-Generate aging reports and manage payment schedules.
-Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as delegated by management.
🎓 Job Specification
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in site or construction accounting.
– Proficiency in Tally Prime, Fintech, Swastik, Odoo ERP systems and MS Excel.
-Knowledge of VAT, TDS.
-Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.
💰 Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
