We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates to join our dynamic team for the following position:

Position: Mechanical In-Charge

📍 Location: Rolpa

📋 Job Description

• Monitor and review the progress of mechanical works at project sites.
• Supervise, coordinate, and guide mechanical teams at site for efficient project execution.
• Update management on mechanical work progress.

🎓 Job Specification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a higher qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, plants, and machinery.
• Proven experience in mechanical operations, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy construction equipment and plants.
• Strong knowledge of lubrication systems, covering oil and grease management, filtration, and monitoring of fluid conditions in mechanical equipment.
• Practical experience in procurement and management of spare parts, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective sourcing.
• Proficiency in maintenance and cost planning for light commercial vehicles.
• Ability to accurately identify faults and failures in mechanical systems and implementing effective solutions.

Salary

💰 Negotiable, based on experience and qualification.
