We are currently seeking a professional, well-spoken, and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk security and organization
- Handle daily incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Coordinate with office staff and provide administrative support as needed
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)
